The MBDA is the only federal agency specifically tasked with promoting and growing minority businesses.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program | US Department of Transportation

The DBE program is developed to connect small, minority business owners with DOT contracts including transportation projects steered by state and local governments, airports, and public transportation bureaus.
