Grateful For Our Community and Their Support

Listen. This year has not been the easiest. I’ve endured some difficult times, both personally and professionally. But as I stop to really count my blessings during this season of gratitude, I am overwhelmed by how far the moments of blessing outweigh the hard times.

I’d like to share a few things for which I am thankful:

I’m thankful for our community. In both the good times and the difficult, our community has been there to have my back. They have provided encouragement. They have cheered us on. They have bestowed honors and awards that are both humbling and heartwarming. They have given us opportunities to give back. They have given us the chance to serve. Our community has driven us forward and for that, I say thank you.

I’m thankful for our customers. They really know how to make a girl feel loved. The connections we get to make with our customers are what motivate us to move forward; to be better. It isn’t about the job. It is about the people, and focusing on those people, those customers, is what makes us strive for excellence. For your loyalty and love, I say thank you.

I’m thankful for my team. My team has been with me through it all this year. Their willingness to serve and bring to fruition the dream that is in my heart is something that could never be truly repaid. I wouldn’t pretend that following a leader through growth and change is easy, but they have been there to support and to work hard and to serve throughout it all. For that, I say thank you.

I’m thankful for new opportunities. “New” has been a common theme around TreeHouse this year. With every new opportunity comes a new chance for us to grow and better ourselves to be the best we can be. The new opportunities we have been given have shaped and continue to shape the future of our company and for that, I say thank you.

Thank you for being on this journey with us. Thank you for bearing witness to something that is beyond our wildest dreams.

With love,

Teneicia
