How to Prep for a Cleaning Company

I know it is October and cobwebs are kind of appropriate during this season, but just in case you are NOT trying to create a spooky setting, we are here to help. We can take care of your residential or commercial cleaning needs so that no one starts nominating your home or office for “Best Halloween Decor 2021.”

Curious about what to do when it comes to prepping for our arrival?

Let’s just do a little FAQ!

Question: Should I pick up the space before you arrive?

Answer: No! That’s why we’re here, remember? Now, you may want to make sure that clutter gets organized and items go back to their rightful place, but don’t worry about the overall cleanliness. We are here to help tackle that for you.

Question: Should I wash dishes before you arrive?

Answer: We don’t typically wash your dirty dishes, but it IS our job to make sure the sink and surrounding areas are clean and sanitized. If dirty dishes are in the way, it is a little more difficult for us to do our job, but it isn’t impossible.

Question: Should I leave my home or office before you clean?

Answer: That is 100% up to you. We don’t mind cleaning while clients are present, but if it makes you feel more comfortable to be out of the space while we are there, we are fine with that too!

Question: Do I need to provide my own cleaning products?

Answer: We provide all of our own cleaning products and supplies, but if you would like to provide a particular cleaning product for us to use, we are happy to use it instead! Just make sure to communicate that with us on the front end so that we can make note of it in your file.

Hopefully that clears up a few points of curiosity for you. If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us! We offer free consultations where we will walk through your home, answer any questions you may have, and give you a free quote for services. Give us a call at 501-859-4188 to get started!
